We are revolutionising real-time CCTV surveillance with our market-leading end-to-end AI video analytics platform and now entering an exciting period of growth in multiple markets across the world.
We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to join the team.
The Role
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) and production systems from a hardware and software point of view.
- Setup and configuration of IntelexVision’s iSentry platform and related software systems.
- Assist with on-going testing of related software.
- Support, maintenance, and updates on PoC and production environments.
- Interface directly with customers.
- Provide independent analysis, communication and problem solving.
- Provide mentoring and training to co-workers.
You will primarily work from home but regular travel to customers/sites throughout Latin America may be required.
You will report to both the Sales Director, Latin America and our Chief Product Officer
Experience
You will need to demonstrate relevant experience in a fast moving environment in the same or similar industry to that of Intelex Vision clearly showing how you have personally contributed to effective delivery that has supported successful outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Experience with video monitoring or security control room operations is preferred.
- Experience in AI-based surveillance systems is preferred.
- Experience with multiple video management system software’s is preferred.

Your skills and qualifications
- Be able to provide advanced technical support to end users regarding implementation and configuration of a variety of software and hardware based solutions.
- Managing and administrating technical support and executed systems engineering for all Microsoft and Linux environments.
- Have proven experience with database management, especially relevant to the Intelex Solution (SQL Server, etc).
- Have proven experience with web platforms.
- Action and delivery oriented with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong decision making capability.
- Motivated by business results.
- Degree level education.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English, and possibly Portuguese.
- An exceptional level of attention to detail and organisation.
